A decade of innovation

In 1997 we invented the three layer breathable roofing underlay to preserve energy in roofs. The material allows moisture to escape through the fabric instead of relying on air circulation and the subsequent loss of heat.

Since then, more than one million homes have enjoyed the energy conserving benefits of our invention.

After this we turned our attention to insulation within the roof and discovered that, despite the use of PUR and glass wool, the thermal efficiency of buildings could be reduced by as much as 70% by radiation heat loss and air leakage.

The brighter way to insulate

The solution - TLX - has grown into a family of multi-foils and our technical team continues to develop more thermally efficient insulation products and new and innovative ways to insulate. From sustainable solutions to new applications - we will continue to develop our range to deliver the very best insulation answers.
